WIsh I'd found it years ago!
4 von 4 finden das hilfreich I've been doing exercise DVDs and videotapes and classes for a long time, and there may have been a time when I would've thought Classical Stretch was tame. HA! It is a wonderfully challenging yet doable workout that is intelligently designed and wonderfully delivered. Most of all, it feels safe and effective - no matter how strenuous it seems at the time, I feel stretched and energized afterward, and not sore. Miranda feels like a good friend and colleague, and as a nurse, I appreciate her expertise and knowledge of anatomy. A trained ballerina telling us how to have a body that functions well, looks and feels good, and is flexible and strong - what more can one want? My body is changing since I started. I've been telling a lot of people about this - her book Aging Backwards is also great. BTW, my husband loves it too.
