Lots of support but stiff.
I've worn other model numbers of New Balance walking shoes for years. I wanted to try these because the all-leather upper provides more support than the typical walking shoes offered these days, which usually are mostly mesh uppers. I found these to be really stiff and they rub on the inside of my ankle bones. But I'm determined to try and break them in and wear them. I just don't think I would buy this particular model number again.

Great birthday gift for my husband
