Cute
For $10, including shipping, this is well worth the amusement we'll get on Halloween.

Great quality and price, though not quite "new"
This reel is everything I was looking for--exceptional sturdiness, smooth-turning reel, high-quality plumbing connections, etc. My only complaint (and it's a small one) is that while there's supposed to be a plastic spacer and cap at both ends of the reel to keep it centered between the support arms, the spacer on the left is missing and the cap has come loose. The result is that the reel has too much side-to-side play (roughly 2"), and without a tight-fitting cap it's possible for water and debris to get inside the spool. I can figure out a way to make my own spacer and reattach the cap, so I'm still happy with this item, and I was happy to save a few dollars on an open item. The four stars is simply to indicate that it was not quite "new" quality.
