Not for heavy snorers
Bought this for husband but it's too tight... he is a very heavy snorer...I could still hear heavy snoring without the high pitches though..He says it's just too tight on his head and can't sleep in it... I do think it's made of good material though...it needs to have more adjustability with the head straps

Not comfortable
My husband snores heavily every night... it did not help at all and after the third night of complaining it was too tight he stopped wearing it because it was not controlling his snoring anyways plus he was uncomfortable

Great replacement for light days
These are good for light days... very heavy days on certain ones will seep through...however if you are squeamish they may not be for you...you will also need a lot of them... but they will save you money and save the environment... because you wash them and keep them
