The Good Stuff
For anyone restoring vintage electronics, a sweet stash of pan head machine screws #4-40 is a must have. Not readily available in renovation centers and becoming ever rare in specialty shops; good thing we can still have them on here. Stainless steel quality ( get the keps nuts that go with them)

You need this
You need these on your SL-1200. All of my 1200's came with a dust cover but none with the hinges; I thought they weren't necessary and.... maybe they are not but I got hinges on all of them now and I love it

Better than OEM
Built better than stock boards with lower drift tolerance components.
Getting all the components to replace the old stuff on the old boards would cost you more than these... and you would still be stuck with the old boards.
