  This is absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had on ebay. I won an auction paid in good faith, I contacted the seller as on the day it was supposed to arrive I still had no tracking update, to be told seller was away. 2 days later seller accused me of setting my own postage fee which wasn't enough to cover postage costs.. Then tells me that I paid £11 less than I actually paid... He has no clue how ebay sales work - therefore has no right selling via ebay AVOID! Never received item.

  I explained that the packaged item was heavier than the postage label that came through from the sale. Royal Mail wanted another £11 to post it. The items value was just over £22, so I refunded the money to you through eBay. You make out you never received the item without receiving your money back. That’s dishonest in my opinion.
