effective ear wash
It cleans out the ear quite effectively and the cup provided stops water going all over the place.

Not bad could be a lot better
It works as it should, however the end that connects to the heat gun is not graduated and the diameter of the fitting is not given. Also be aware that some heat guns may suffer due to the restriction of airflow which could set off the thermal protection, if there isn't one then there is a chance of blowing the heater, therefore run the gun for short periods. Also a bit pricey for what it is, but for what you need to do it is essential.
