  I got the item promptly and on time, but couldn’t seem to turn it on. I contacted the seller, and he was really nice and understanding. He personally tests and plays each game before selling them, and reassured me that if it really didn’t work, he’d refund me right away. Turns out it just needed a little cleaning! Really satisfied.
