Good at avoid slippage. Lasts for a season.
If I use Teak oil people will often slip when the deck is wet, with water from pool. When I use this oil those slippages do not occur, so this is much better from a safety standpoint. As with other OSMO oils (I also use the Bangkirai and Teak oils) this product will last for ~6 months. If I don't paint every that often sooner or later it will start peeling.
The only down side of this vs Teak oil is that it is not as glossy.
