  I'm sorry to hear this. This was posted to you on the 28th July and the tracking number was provided at this time. What you will need to do now is contact Royal Mail as it was sent Signed For and you will be able to claim for it. I did take a look at the tracking for you and it looks as if they have lost it in the post. Lost post is beyond my control and I kindly ask you to reconsider your feedback as it's unfair to blame me for this. Thank you and I hope they manage to find the dragon for you.
