Awesome tales about The Everglades, and they're all true!
I was thrilled to find a copy of this book, "Totch: A life in the Everglades," as that area of Florida, The Everglades, is amazing and this man who tells about his life in it is amazing as well! I like how the author, Totch, comes off so naturally when telling his stories, and you don't always find that in other books, especially about The Everglades. One of the other many perks is that the reader learns some real life history as well. In addition, I met this man and have followed his life in other forms of media too, one of them being in videos (DVDs). One of those videos is called "Yesterday's Everglades," and it's great too!
