Holley Heat Shield

Good and Bad
I had the AquaBot Pura 4X before purchasing this Rover. They exactly the same except for color. But the Pura was a better machine. It would climb the walls to the water line and it contained two bags to catch debris. The Rover has gone to a small box shaped filter that clogs quickly. The Rover will not climb the walls so my guess it the motor is not the same. Overall, the Rover cleans my 15,000 gal in-ground pool very well.

Poor Support and Service
I purchased the Ryobi P2300 edger last summer and it worked great until this summer. I found that the brushes had burned out and would not run. I could not find anything to replace it on the market. I contacted Ryobi and got their service store near me. They informed me that replacement brushes were not available and a replacement motor was no longer being made. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase the P2300 (P2300A, P2300, P2310, P2300BTL, etc) not waste your money as is cannot be repaired.
