Awful. Worst experience I’ve had on eBay. After paying for the item the seller sent me bizarre messages ranting about eBay’s ‘red tape’ and ‘bureaucracy’ and made endless excuses about why they couldn’t send the item. At one point they nonsensically asked if I wanted to barter the item for electrical goods or a bomber jacket?! They also wanted to post the DVDs without the cases to ‘keep costs down’ despite the fact I’d paid appropriate postage. Had to get eBay involved. Avoid at all costs.
