Do recommend
I have very thin very fine hair, but when I use Aveda thickening tonic my hair becomes much thicker and much better to look at. I spray the roots front and back of my hair, than blow dry, that simple. I also use Aveda damage remedy (daily hair repair) use a little in palm of hand than rub through my hair because of the heat from the hairdryer. Than after the thickening tonic I spray Aveda volumising tonic. Overall I always use this in my hair and yes it does work well

worth buying epic xylitol dental chewing gum
Tastes great and it lasts. There is no bad, the gum is good all round. The fact it is better for you is a bonus, the reason I do recommend. Thank you
