Greatest book ever written
The amplified bible clarifies so many passages allows a better meditation on the word. While I don't memorize scripture from this version, it is a wonderful tool for giving insight to the meaning. This particular book was in really good condition...just as described.

Age 5 is the perfect age for this book.
I bought this for my grandson's birthday (5) along with the little stuffed dog "WALTER" that farts when you squeeze him. What 5 yr. old boy doesn't love that? Wasn't sure how Mom would receive it but she seemed to take it in stride. :-) I'm glad I listened to my instinct with this purchase.

Big 'ens
These were a good value and equal to other brands I've seen advertised on TV but they were really large for me and therefore, cumbersome. My husband will make use of them at the grill. I may altar the 2nd one and make a hotpad of it. Also, the knit portion seemed awfully warm between the silicone stripes.
