Error Messages Printer Failure Repeatedly

I installed this printer a few weeks ago and its constantly showing an error message Printer Failure and will not print. I shut it down and unplugged the electrical cord and then plugged it back in and restarted it and occasionally will print once and then the printer failure error code comes back. I Uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it and it printed for a few times and then the printer failure error code came back and it would not print. I called HP and they were unable to solve the problem. They want to send me a refurbished printer not a new one. I do not recommend this printer.
