Just as I remmembered from years ago, witty and funny
Well I loved the Chef Series when it first came out on the Public Channel and wanted a copy of the program so when I saw this I immediately had the opportunity to pick one up and I still love it. Lenny Henry is a great actor and his support staff on the program are all so funny in thier own way, since I am a professional Chef what goes on in the kitchen is really nothing like what goes on in this program if it was that easy like it is on the program we would not have to charge so much , over all this is a witty, with a dry sense of humor program that any British Citizen as well as any American would like.

This is a no brainer for me, I am a renaissance faire chef and I have been one for over 30 years, I always enjoy the old world recipes and reproducing them. As for Cooking at the Castle - A Basic Renaissance Feast (DVD, 2006)
I found it somwewhat entertaining as well as instructing, the purchase was very easy and proffesional this is a good reference point to any person or group who would want to try to reproduce or start to go into the classic and old world recipes for thier own business or own home life. this is the one I highly reccomend as a good starting point, thier are are a few reference points to places on the web on this DVD to further your knowledge in this particular field of Culinary Arts, I look foward to the next and any other DVD in this area of entertainment.
