  First of all I received messages from the seller thanking me for placing my order and that she would be sending it soon with a tracking number. The dvd arrived in good condition, it was very carefully bubble wrapped and I also received a new case for it just because the original one had a tiny dent in it. That was very thoughtful.   Item arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged so no damage would happen in transit. Had excellent communication from seller and item arrived very quickly!
