Alcatel produces poor products
1) The software for the Alcatel Tetra has been revised and updated. The PROBLEM is that the new software does not include an OFF switch for the BATTERY SAVER function. The screen goes dark before completion of Every Task and is a continual Major Nuisance. Why no Screen Saver OFF Switch? Is that such a difficult programming task for the wizards at Alcatel?
2} The screen of the Alcatel Tetra is a "Designed to Fail" negative feature of the phone. It only takes one drop in a 3 year period to completely destroy the screen and render the phone unusable. A distance from the hand to the floor should be a Standard survivable accident. But the geniuses at Alcatel want more sales so they can give themselves more of the profits from replacement purchases.
