The book scrutinizes the way we come to the conclusions about ourselves in childhood, on which we build our adult reality the best we can.
Invaluable help in understanding the way we think and why we do , thus making one realise that we are not set in stone personalities, and our harmful ways of perceiving reality can be scrutinized and worked on. Depression truly is a self-imposed prison and the book is a dear and intimate companion on the way out. It saved my life. I love you Dorothy Rowe!!!
