Great audio quality, and ideal for playing tv through.
I bought this product for my mum of 63 years of age to drown out the noise of my dad when he is on the phone and they are watching TV. Or to stop the noise of the TV, so my dad didn't have to listen to it so loud. A Christmas present for all.
They worked great, my mum loves them, we have tried cheap wireless headphones and they didn't sit in the charging cradle well, and were terrible to tune.
The only let down is the tuning feature, it can be easily mistaken for volume, it is a shame they do not auto tune, while docked feature.
We have these playing through our DVR system, and not directly through our TV, this allows us to mute the TV, and continue the use of the sound volume control through the DVR system. I haven't tested if mute through direct TV use would mute the headphone sound, but I would imagine this would depend on the TV.
