Very good quality cover
This is a high quality heavy duty cover. Absolutely what I was looking for at a price I could justify. I did use the roof protection spray on it as well as on my MX5 roof just to give protection assurance - it may not need this. Heavy frosts and rain have since occurred and each time I take it off, the roof is completely dry. Fits perfectly and like the security aspects of fitting trapped under the boot lid. I can put this on and remove in seconds with no straps to worry about rubbing on paintwork. Def recommend buying this for your MX5

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This lifts my single axle Lunar Clubman at around 1400kgs so will work on a large caravan. Getting this up a ramp was difficult as the van twists as it goes up the ramp and then it's just not possible to line the wheel up at that exact position to accept the Alko wheel lock. The leveller thread is a fine pitch meaning it takes a lot of back and forth to lift the wheel but it comes with a ratchet ring spanner and extension bar so it's not difficult work. The leveller has plates that slide alongside the wheel each side which spreads the load on the tyre where it contacts. You have to think it through - I fit the Alko lock, leave the legs up (important!) and level front to back first. Overall it works and makes it easier to get the van level. The bag is also good quality.
