I simply call that bad business. I understand not wanting to sell something, but don’t wait until it’s purchased, sold, and then make that decision. The posting should have been removed, if one decides to no longer sell something. I wish it didn’t go that way, but it did, and so I’m leaving a negative review.

Good light for the price!
Good light I had one that lasted five years outside in the hot Florida sun. This is my second one. Works great.
