Seller was great at keeping me informed of what was going on. Added some extra "goodies" to go along with my purchase that I really appreciated. Considering the distance it had to travel and how bad the box was beaten, packing was great and everything arrived in great shape.

I am very pleased with the Sony HDR- FX7 camera, it arrived exactly as described. The seller is very knowledgable and readily shares his expertise. He has been most helpful by providing the extra leads, etc. that I needed free of charge. I am located on a small island in the Caribbean and good communication essential.
