Works fine
Outside of the system not posting at first (I think due ram that wasn't properly seated) the processor works perfectly fine.

Good value for the money
It's a good PSU for small form factor builds, standard connectors, and able to handle what I've thrown at it. Came in perfect condition, no power cable or screws though, so be warned, luckily I had both. So far the only issues I've had (which are really just knit picks.) are that the 4 pin CPU power is barely long enough to reach my standard mini ATX board CPU connector, and the PSU fan always run at full speed matter what, even if I'm sitting idle at the desktop it's going full speed, it can get kind of annoying, but nothing terrible. All around good product, will probably buy from this seller again.

Works great!
Card works perfectly and is in near mint condition. It performs great, and it came with a DVI to VGA adapter. Box is also in good condition and looks good on my shelf.
