my children have all grown and moved on in life. So far I have 8 grandchildren and a few I picked up along the way. I love them all dearly. I am now a stay at home cat mother. I am known as a great deal finder shopper. I use coupons also!

3 von 4 finden das hilfreich It is easy to follow. Has many pointers and ways to intensify the exercises. Lots of stretching that felt real good after each set so I was not as sore as I expected. After 5 times I feel a difference. More energy, more flexibility. Due to the ease in following along I am going to get more for dummies items.
