Awesome game for the mega drive/genesis!
One of my favorite Shinobi games. Takes the originals gameplay and adds a few tweaks like the animal companion that you can have hold enemies at bay while you strike them down. Fun and challenging.

Dark Cloud 2 offers a unique weapon leveling system that offers lots of paths to choose from. Building the villages back with lots of options to do it your own way. An item inventing system from photos you take while exploring and a compelling story that will keep you busy for over 100 hours easily.
