deep reading at a challenging moment

Her first book, SIMPLE ABUNDANCE was a perfect book deserving its place as a NYTimes BEST SELLER...I am determined to read the whole of this newer book, because I trust the author to lead me into new territory that is difficult to see at challenging moments in our lives, that Sarah calls TRANSITIONS. When we are picking up the pieces of a shattered relationship our thinking is jumbled...and the writing reflects those jumbled thoughts...however, Sarah still holds onto our hand and guides the reader through these jumbled thoughts. I would call this a college level book...not a breezy read on a Sunday afternoon. So if you are up for the challenge...by all means DO BUY THIS BOOK...not for the faint of heart...in my humble opinion.

perfect daily read of inspiration.

this is a great book...a simple reading for everyday of the year...great encouraging words of wisdom. I read it decades ago and loved it...wanted to give it a second go-round. so glad I bought this.

down to earth, easy to read and understand; encouraging even for a non-cooker like myself.

I read her other book not your mother's microwave and was inspired to make this purchase. will keep both in my small library of cookbooks.
