Fast Delivery and works great
Exact replacement part. Works great! Delivered fast

Product delivery time unacceptabe
Product was new and in good shape. Worked well. Problem was that it took 18 days to receive the switch by US Postal service.

Red Battery

I do think you should put a note on your site that the battery will be delivered completely discharged and will need to be charged before using. I initially thought the battery was defective because it had zero volts when I checked it with a voltmeter.
