  Sending computer equipment such as hard drives through the post with minimal packaging and in an envelope should never be done. It seems this seller didn't realise that! very bad practice. Also became rude in their messages when I pointed out that the seller should not have advertised for sale something that they did not have for sale.I was refunded for paying for something that did not exist and the seller thought thst I should be grateful.A terrible experience.

  The goods arrived in excellent condition as advertised and the GPU works well. I'm pleased with the purchase, althouh unfortuntely it proved to large for the capacity of my computer box.
