Worked perfect on 2008 Chevy HHR.

Worked perfectly on my wife's 2008 Chevy HHR. No cons. I had more trouble getting the lighter out of the old broken housing than I did putting it back into the new one I purchased. Had to break off some stubborn plastic lock tabs on the old retainer then fight it for about 15 minutes for it to come off. The new retainer cover slid right on and clicked into place. Plugged right into the car with a couple of twists to get the locking tabs seated correctly into the console panel. Has been holding strong and steady ever since. Bought 2 just to have a spare in case the original lighter retainer in the back seat gives out. Wife thinks I'm a hero for fixing it too. What can I say... She ain't wrong. WIN - WIN!!
