  Seller thinks he is smart trying by allowing people to make offer on his items but then charging £375.00 for delivery. Clearly states on his page that he accepts returns but when it comes to trying to return he doesn't want to accept. Also he stops replying to messages. Thank you to eBay who stepped in and refunded my money and penalised the seller. Stay away from this seller at all costs!

  I purchased 3 items, condition "new". I received 2 that were in excellent/new condition and 1 that was clearly refurbished (see pics, elec. wire also fell off when unwrapping) . I was unable to resolve the issue with seller despite multiple contacts. Seller offered to sell me more of the same items (to "replace") the one I was complaining about via Shopify (as eBay was quote "charging him a fortune" to sell through them.) Seller should be banned from eBay.
