Instant intake
This is great if you need a boost to your energy levels- taste is a bit yuk but you get used to it. I felt a bit run down and after looking up what vitamin is best for general tiredness, lethargy, some sites suggested b12 and this seemed to stand out for value and ease of quickly absorbing, I would buy again

Good cover for MacBook pro
Fits the 2023 MacBook Pro exactly, adding minimal bulk but extra protection. It is semi translucent so allows the Apple design to show through. I have used this brand before and I would say it lasts about 5 years before it starts to become a little brittle.
