I have used this on plastic and followed the instructions and it did not stick at all. It is not heavy duty at all very disappointed.

very good for someone that suffers with back
my job is sitting at my desk all day and started to get very bad pains in my lower back , but using this support cushion has helped my back and helps me sit and sit with good posture too,
really recommend this as now i can sit at my desk without crouching and supports my back 100%
