  I was a little concerned as the box was very battered when it arrived, however, I need not have worried as the NAO figure was very well protected inside. All the extremities were individually wrapped to ensure the delicate flowers and hands remained intact and then yet more bubble wrap was used to protect the rest of figure. Speaking of which, the NAO girl is beautiful and exactly as described, thank you. ��
