nice but not as pretty as it should be.
It's ok, though cosmetically challenged. There are scratches on the face, on the rear of the case and in generally looks way worse than what I was led to believe s no-box purchase should or would be. That was disappointing.

best case ever!
I got this case with my new iPhone in November 2019. While in New York, I was sitting/standing on a 6th floor balcony and my phone rang, I went to pull it out of my pocket and it flew out of my hand and fell 6 floors, fortunately to a rubber tile roof surface and landed on its face. There was not one single scratch on the phone itself and one corner of the case had a little tiny ding in one corner of it. There was no damage to the phone. I think that is pretty good testimony to the strength of the product. So I bought the exact one again so I feel safe with it although, as I said, a tiny ding in a corner is not an issue - i wanted to keep it brand new. WONDERFUL!
