Highly Recommended!
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Beautiful book, with practical life-enhancing information describing what makes each of these foods so powerful, what conditions/symptoms will positively impacted, with a recipe utilizing the fruit, vegetable, herb or wild food. Also included are what emotional states may be positively affected and the spiritual lesson of each. I've been a natural health provider, offering massage therapy, colon hydrotherapy and detoxification information/support for 30 years and I've been looking for this information for 35 years. I suggest that you check out the other books in this series: Medical Medium (2015):; Thyroid Healing (2017); and lastly, Liver Rescue (2018). I highly recommend all four books!

Good product, great price
A bit on the bright(orangey) side, but works well on the part & temples of my straight hair, as long as the regrowth is not to pronounced...I was paying $30 for a similar product, this is a much better value!
