Bowser knocks it out again...
I had been looking to add some more power to my aging roster for some time, but it wasn't until I picked up one of Bowser's ALCO C-636 diesels in NYSW colors that I realized I had hit the jackpot. The model, which was decorated as NYSW 3660 (ex-Cartier #78), was ready to go right out of the box. The modeler just had to remove the display stand (two Phillips head screws on the fuel tank) and add the prototype-specific details. The 636 has a very hefty feel in your hand when you pick it up, and it has a lot of power behind it. Having seen these beasts storming down the rails shortly before NYSW canned them, it felt almost like they never did. The amount of detail and accuracy that Bowser put into their C-636 models never ceases to amaze me. If you get one, you'll never regret it.

Very pleased!
Needed to purchase for a W-series XTL5000. Worked perfectly, and it adds another means to program several Motorola products. Definitely won't be disappointed!

Exactly what I needed
Have a limited ground plane on my setup and it was cutting my reception quite a bit. This rig definitely improved my reception and audio clarity on my transmissions. Would definitely buy again!
