Great fun.
I'm very new to synth/ chip tunes. Bought few bits recently including a couple of other Pocket Operators & it was the Pocket Operators I've enjoyed using the most. Picked up a Sub to add to the others I had (Rhythm & Robot) & the Sub is by far the most creative of the 3 I now own. The pre set patterns are funky & you can do a lot with them thanks to the creative effects like the high/ low sweep & the ability to raise or lower an octave, or shift up half a step is invaluable.

Handy, light & strong.
As middle age creeps up on me I've started to appreciate things that make life a little more comfortable, so I decided to get one of these for this year's fishing season. I found it makes life a lot easier in the tent, particularly when you're sitting to get changed in or out of your extra layers.
Also if, like me you prefer to find a good spot for your regular chair & leave it there, provided the ground is dry, the bedchair mate makes it easy to find other places to sit without having to drag your regular chair over & adjust the height on the legs etc, only to move it back again later.
I was a bit concerned about having to find space in the car for yet another bit of kit, but this model of bedchair mate is so light & folds down very flat, so hardly takes up any space at all.
Very glad I bought this item, it will definitely be coming on all future long stay fishing trips.

My Tascam recorder broke so I bought this as an interim replacement. It fits my needs far, far better than a Tascam/ Zoom type so well that I immediately bought another. Not what I bought it for but the usb/ audio interface is a brilliant feature as I have a laptop with no mic or audio connection. The clip on mic seems like a bit of a gimmick but works incredibly well, but benefits from a foam cover. This recorder is a real hidden gem.
