  train was damaged during shipping its pretty bad but seller did offer me a full refund but I decided to keep it and try to fix it he was very prompt in response to the problem thank you

  I received the locomotive today. Unfortunately, something went wrong between the time it was shipped and when it arrived, it did not operate and actually had smoke come out of it. The seller was very quick to respond and emailed a return label for me to print. While I'm disappointed that the locomotive did not work, I was very impressed with his quick response to the issue. That shows integrity on his part.
