3 von 3 finden das hilfreich Calm Magnesium has several benefits. In the right dosage it relieves a stressed feeling. It can replace drinking Epsom (also magnesium) which has a horrible taste. Calm is way more palatable.
It is a mineral that the nerves need in order to function, so it also relieves cramps. Taken in bigger doses it acts as a laxative. My wife uses it in this last capacity successfully.
It does lower blood pressure.
It does all the above, but when used as a laxative, only the amount the body can absorb will be absorbed, the rest serves as the laxative.
