  NEVER RCV’D ITEMS Seller asked if short delay of purchase ok Claimed she would send them after she took granddaughter to college; then she needed to go 2?daughter’s wedding, but again assured me pkg would be shipped by Sept 15th. I touched base on Sept 13th & she again assured me items would be shipped by 15th, but “would try get them into the 14th mailing.” On 18th still no tracking or response to msgs Contacted eBay Now she’s wants 2 refund money & plans to “re-list items later” SCAMMER!
