  Contacted seller to make sure size would work for my 5yr old. Gave his age and shoe size. Told it was close and was offered return w/paid shipping. Ordered slippers. Accidentally had it marked for old address. Informed seller. Seller said it wouldn’t go to old address. It did. Old neighbor sent it to me. I finally get the slippers only to find they fit me. An adult with a size 8 shoe size. At this point I am out so much in shopping I will just keep them and get my toddler something else.

  My apologies, I offered a full refund if they did not fit, I also measured the bottom of them for you and told you what size in inches? My apologies for your change of address mishap, I had both of your labels printed and I put the old one on by accident when I was at the post office. Again, even before the sale I let you know a 100% full refund if you wanted it. I wish you contacted me before giving a neutral review, I spent a lot of time with you via emails before the sale of this $15 item.
