Works for me.
This is the second lock I've bought. We are snowbirds and I put these locks on our backyard gates. Are they foolproof, no, but the would deter someone long enough that maybe a neighbor would notice. Also good to keep kids from accessing the yard with a pool. We give the code to the pool and yard people so no key is needed. Now, that being said, let me just say that it takes quite a lot of time and effort to install. It isn't the lock that takes the time, but the setup to accept the lock. As always ymmv.
