Ducktails, man
Great gameplay and fun for your little ones. It's like going back in time to a place where rap was about struggle and fun, not guns and drugs. Ducktales WILL get you laid with college freshmen, not seniors of course.

TMNT Power!
I remember playing this as youngster and it being difficult and it still is! Alright gameplay, but mostly unfortunate that they couldn't whether be at the time or whatever inject more of the each Turtle's personality into the game.

Bow and Angels?
One of the earliest and best NES games. It's a great start for kids begining with video games. Tough enough to throw a controller while easy enough to be proud of finishing it.
