Very good but very expensive on a monthly basis
To be honest, it is hard for me to assess the effect of Cognitex by itself because I do take other supplements too, which also help with cognition and memory.
Some of them are very potent like alpha lipoic acid, and acetyl l carnitine, or just dried rosemary which makes me recall words very effectively and easily.
I like Cognitex, but I am not going to purchase it again because it is very expensive on a monthly basis.
