Solid tool. Works for wiper arm removal.
I had struggled with removing back wiper arm on A4. No amount of force or levering had even loosened it. This tool is solid and well made. It just popped the arm off so easily. There wasn't even much corrosion, the tapered splines just seem to lock together. Perfect for the job.

Cheap smell. Poor quality product.
I thought Miele and a french fragrance company would give a quality fragrance so bought "NATURE" flacon without a smell test. There is a single "note" of synthetic cherry - identical to Tesco cherry washing up liquid. How could they get it so wrong.
