Best VW custom-fit LEDs for Scirocco
Fitted a pair to my 2011 Scirocco, excellent beam pattern and no problem with the MOT. Beam pattern is everything, brightness is irrelevant if the LEDs aren’t correctly positioned to make optimum use of the headlight reflector. These are well-matched to the reflector and offer decent brightness, not necessarily brighter than halogen but the clean white light output does help improve visibility. Premium halogens have an estimated life of around 200 hours making these Lightec units very good value at around the price of three sets of halogen bulbs.
They also work well with the Osram LEDriving Gen2 H7 bulbs for the high beams with no noticeable difference in colour temperature.
