Erratic
Nice phone, but not dependable. Sometimes it just goes out, and does not work. I have had it for several weeks, but still have not had consistent service. I cannot figure out why.

Just okay.
Some of these batteries last a lot longer than others. Some last a week, others only a few days. I wear my hearing aid for approximately the same number of hours every day. There should not be that much difference from battery to battery.
