Quite convenient and seems to be effective
I've had it for only a few weeks, so I cant speak to its reliability or to the long-term effects, but so far I've very pleased with it. I am somewhat concerned that the coiled tube connecting the head to the base may eventually fail from repeated flexing.
It works well, and is quite easy and pleasant to use. Even in the short time I've had it, the yellowing at my gum line (presumably plaque) has been noticeably reduced. It's much easier than flossing the traditions way -- something I never did regularly because I found it to be so inconvenient.
